LEA Conference Set Up

Help set up various spaces as needed.

LEA Registration

Register participants as they check in.  Hand out bags and books.

Food Tickets

Hand out lunch tickets to people who have purchased them.  Hand out special meal tickets to those with allergies.

Exhibit Hall Greeters: School Mascot with Handlers

Volunteers in 70 minute shifts.  School Mascot or Cheerleaders.

16 total volunteers needed: 1 adult, 2+ students in each group.

2 sets at each time slot: 1 outside greeting, 1 near exhibit greeters.

Exhibit Hall Greeters

Friendly people at the entrance of the Exhibit Hall to welcome participants, help them find exhibits, food, etc.

(Need to be non-conference attendees)

LEA Central - Popcorn People

Friendly people to manage the popcorn machine, answer questions about LEA.

Box Lunch Servers

Take tickets and watch people take the correct meals/water.

Set up decor and games for the Meet Me in St. Louis event.

Strike decor, activities and other items in preparation for Saturday.
