A block of rooms has been reserved at a discounted price at the Holiday Inn Executive Center in Columbia.  

Rooms have also been reserved at the neighboring Drury Inn & Suites Columbia (1000 Knipp St. - across from Holiday Inn Executive Center).

Delegate Forms: Signed delegate forms are required to be mailed to the Missouri District Office for every voting delegate. Forms have been mailed to all congregations and are available on the Missouri District web site.

The Convention Workbook - will be available to download from the District web site March 31, 2025.

Synod's handbook states delegates are expected to be faithful in attendance at all sessions of the convention.  All duly elected voting delegates, advisory delegates and representatives shall attend all sessions regularly until the close of the convention.  Delegates who arrive late or leave early or who do not attend at all shall present a written excuse.  3.1.2.2 and 3.1.5.2.
